Game Ready 3 Year Extended Warranty
CoolSystems warrants that the GRPro 2.1 Control Unit, if properly used, will be free from
defects in material and workmanship for a period of three (3) years after the date the
GRPro 2.1 Control Unit was purchased. If the GRPro 2.1 Control Unit, which is the subject
of this Limited Warranty, malfunctions during the warranty period for reasons covered by
this Limited Warranty, CoolSystems, at its options, will:
Repair the GRPro 2.1 Control Unit OR
• Replace the GRPro 2.1 Control Unit with another GRPro 2.1 Control Unit.
This limited warranty and any implied warranties that may exist under state law apply only to the original purchaser of the GRPro 2.1 control unit and are non-transferable.
This limited warranty does not cover damages due to external causes, including, without limitation, accident, usage not in accordance with product instructions, misuse, neglect, alteration or repair.
