For use with the following sound conditioner models: 1250-I, 1280-I, 1288-I, 1288A-I, 1288A; DSI-600, DSI-600A, DS-600A; TSCI-350, TSCI-330, and TSCI-300's with serial numbers above; 42000; Model #TSCI-300's originally equipped with 15 to 16VAC transformers must be converted to 9Vto use this transformer. NOT for use with Dohm, SleepMate, or Sound Screen models
