Cando Board-on-Stone Balance Trainer
The Cando Cando Modular Stability Trainer - Combines the vestibular disc and non-slip board to make a stability trainer. Stand on disc and shift weight to perform stability exercises. Stack discs or use smaller board for added difficulty.
To increase difficulty inflate disc or stone, use larger stone or smaller board. Place non-slip board on top of stone. Stone can be placed flat side up or down.
*Both Balance Stones and Vestibular Discs including the Modular Stability Trainer are inflatable.
