The Bauerfeind AchilloTrain is a comfortable, neoprene-free, knitted Achilles tendon support brace which incorporates an anatomically contoured silicone insert that runs alongside the Achilles tendon and provides gentle compression treatment for any achilles tendon injury, including achilles tendonitis pain and tendon strains. The insert is removable so that the support can be worn as a general ankle support to help treat heel pain as well.
