If you have a heel spur (also calcaneal spur), walking and standing can become a torture. The inflamed area is very sensitive to any kind of pressure and stress. pedag POINT PLUS will help you! The anatomically shaped pad absorbs the impact shocks occurring when walking; a soft zone cushions the spur. Thus, this pad minimises the pain caused by heel spurs.
The pad is made of elastic sponge rubber; the area that cushions the spur has an extra layer of super soft latex. The central latex disc may be removed in order to prevent direct contact of the sore area with the sole. That completely takes the pressure off the heel. You don't have to worry about the pad sliding and moving around in the shoe: suction cups and a self-adhesive dot make pedag POINT PLUS stick to your shoe.
If you had suffered from heel spur, it's not forever an option to wear pedag POINT PLUS. After treating the acute inflammation with POINT PLUS, you should use a soft heel pad like pedag PERFEKT or ULTRA HEEL. When practising sports, you should always use a heel raising, especially in the first weeks.
