The latex pad of the heel spur aid pedag POINT can easily be removed whenever needed in order to avoid direct contact of the sore area with the sole. This will take any kind of pressure from the spur. pedag POINT can be securely fixed to the shoe due to self-adhesive areas.
If you suffer from heel spur, it's not an option to prevent the direct contact of the heel and the shoe for an extended period of time. After treating the acute inflammation with pedag POINT, you should then use a soft heel pad like pedag PERFEKT or pedag ULTRA HEEL. When practicing sports, you should always rely on using a heel pad, especially in the first weeks after the inflammation, for example pedag STABIL.
