The Pedag Girl Forefoot Grip Inserts a provide soft, padded leather forefoot grip to prevent the the front of your foot from slipping in and out of your shoes.The leather heel grips provide padded support to prevent forefoot slippage and padding to prevent blistering. The Soft Leather Grips are approximately 2 1/2 inches wide by 3 inches long with a self-adhesive backer to hold them in place.
