The Elasto-Gel Hand Exerciser helps improve hand and finger muscles during Physical, Sports, or Occupational Therapy while enjoying the hot or cold treatment. It's easy to apply to joint disorders, sprains, strains, or simply to make gripping abilities better. Made into an extremely pliable gel, and covered with a four-way stretch material, the Elasto-Gel Hand Exerciser is comfy, simple to utilize and durable. The over/underside overall shape allows greater adherence to the specific hand shape, facilitates heat transfer, and helps users to deal with day-to-day aches and pains. A single product can be used for hot or cold therapy needs!

Cleaning Instructions

Remove the cover off the exterior and wash by hand in cold water and using the soap. Wipe the white inner cover down with a damp (not wet) cloth using mild soap or disinfectant. Allow the product to dry completely before using it.

Cooling Instructions

Place the Hand Exerciser in the freezer for at least two hours (2). It can be kept in the freezer indefinitely until ready to use.The product will remain flexible even at -20°F.Always store product in a plastic bag while in freezer and make sure to remove the sleeve prior to defrosting the freezer.

Heating Instructions

Wait 60 seconds (one minute) before using the Hand Exerciser. It should be WARM and NOT HOT to the touch, so you should hold the sleeve firmly against the skin for 30 seconds before re-heating. If the sleeve is still not warm enough after 20 seconds, heat in 20-second intervals and rotate the product each time.

Do Not Get the Products Wet

The gel will absorb water and expand. If the product becomes wet, lay it flat on a table and let it air dry before continuing use. Do not put wet towels under the gel.
