An Apology from Pro Therapy Supplies
Dear Valued Customers, Our most sincere apology goes out to many of our cherished customers for the fulfillment issues of this past Holiday Season. Due to unforeseen circumstances, many of the products we promised to delivery in time for the Holidays were out of stock or delayed for various reasons. Regrettably, we were unable to notify the majority of the recipients about these most unfortunate delays. More importantly, our Customer Service Team was unable meet our high standards for timely communication and problem resolution. Rest assured, we are investing in new technology and have taken steps to ensure these issues will be a part of our past and not our future.
