We do not issue free return labels if ordered from a third party marketplace such as Amazon, Ebay, Jet, etc. However, if the item is defective, shipping, or listing errors, we will issue a free return label regardless of which marketplace it was bought from.

Sometimes we may have ran into an inventory problem with one of the items ordered. The items in stock now can be shipped and the rest when they arrive. An email is also sent to notify of the back order item and an estimated time it will get to our warehouse.
