The Assist device is used to attach a TheraBand band or tubing to some secure, immovable object, be it a door, a bed post, a sofa leg, or even your own foot.

To use, simply loop the band or tubing through the Assist device, attach the device to the desired object, and use. Always start slowly to test the immobility of your chosen object.
