The lightweight compression garment can be put on the patient immediately after surgery to provide uniform pressure to the surgical site. In addition to support, the constant pressure reduces the possibility of swelling durning the healing process.
Designed with large side openings, the girdle is easy for patients to put on unassisted. Hook and eye closures hold the girdle firmly in place so the patient can zip it easily. All closures are backed with a soft elastic strip that keeps the zippers from chafing tender skin. The open-weaave fabric allows the surgical site to breathe , while helping to keep the wearer cool and dry.
The non-binding Plastic Surgery Girdle doesn't restrict movement. Soft elastic at the top prevents roll-down. Non-constricting elastic trim anchors the legs of the girdle.
Due to FDA regulations these garments are non-returnable. Size is determined by waist circumference. Fits hips 8-11 in. (20-28 cm) larger than waist.
