Directions for Use:
1. Place your buttock as far back in the seat as possible. Lean forward and insert the roll horizontally across the lower back just above the belt line.
2. Lean back against the roll so the hollow in your lower back is firmly supported. Everyone is different in shape, so the roll may have to moved up or down by no more than one inch in either direction.
3. Affixing your roll to a chair with the adjustable strap. After determing the proper position for the roll in step 1 and 2, secure the roll to a chair by threading the strap through the buckle and tightening as needed. Or, if desired, the roll may be strapped around the waist.
Cleaning Instructions: Cover may be removed and machine washed and dried using gentle cycle. Cover surface can be washed with damp cloth and solution of warm water and mild detergent. rinse with clean water. Air dry completely.
