Weighing in at less than an ounce, the 3pp Ultra MP Thumb Splint is the perfect balance between comfort and control for those seeking light support for the base joint of the thumb due to Gamekeeper's or Skier's thumb, MP arthritis or ligament injuries. Fully lined with soft felt, this splint is easy and comfortable to wear.
This is a semi-flexible splint that limits but doesn’t fully block motion to allow hand movement with greater ease and comfort. The 3pp Ultra MP Thumb Splint is ideal for those experiencing arthritis at the base of the thumb, ligament injuries, sprains and for thumbs that have assumed a collapse or zigzag posture. The lightweight plastic is lined in soft felt for cushioning and comfort. Flexible material can be contoured by hand and trimmed with a scissors as needed. This splint is thin enough to be worn inside most gloves, including a catcher's mitts.
This splint offers moderate control, which is perfect for when joints need to be protected and muscles and ligaments rested but not fully immobilized. The splint supports through partially immobilizing the joints to promote protection and rest.
