You must, however, be a Verified Buyer or Verified Reviewer to be to be automatically entered into the drawing for the $100 Gift Certificate to be used online at www.protherapysupplies.com (see below for entry verification details). New winners will be drawn twice per month. Review as many Pro Therapy Supplies products as you like -- the more products you rate and review, the more chances you'll have to win! Official Rules:
Two Ways to Enter: As a Verified Buyer - Respond to the "Write a Review" request sent to your email address after purchasing any product and submit your review using the links within the email. As a Verified Reviewer - Search our website for the product you wish to review and click the "Write a Review" link to the right of each item on our website. When completed, you will be asked to enter your email address to become a Verified Reviewer with Power Reviews. Multiple reviews of the same product are not valid. "SPAM" or fraudulent reviews will not be posted and all entries from such user will be voided. Qualifying reviews must be complete and thoroughly describe the reason (negative or positive) for rating given. Incomplete, offensive, or non-constructive reviews will be disqualified at the discretion of Sponsor. No Purchase Necessary. Purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
Winner: Sponsor will randomly select one (1) potential promotion winner, from all eligible entries received during the applicable period. The potential winner will be notified by email after the date of the random drawing. Gift Certificate will be issued in the form of a promotional code which can only be used by the winner for a one-time sale of any item(s) from the Pro Therapy Supplies webstore. If the item total is less than $100, the remaining balance is waved and non-refundable. If the item total exceeds $100, the winner will be asked for an additional payment method for the balance due.
Eligibility: Open only to legal US residents ages 16 and up. Employees and suppliers of Pro Therapy Supplies, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and any household members of each such employees or suppliers are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to be bound by these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
Limit: No limit. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected registrations, which will be deemed ineligible and disqualified. The "authorized account holder" of an email address, is defined as the natural person assigned an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted address. Potential winners may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder.
General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate, suspend and/or modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prizes at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of the impairment. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
